Job Description:

• Maintain a max caseload of up to 12 clients, providing weekly individual and family counseling
• Run multiple groups per week for the IOP and PHP programs
• Document in the client's electronic health record
• Collaborate with schools, referral sources, and other providers as required
• Conduct Intake Assessments as needed
• Conduct Safety Assessments as needed
• Complete Treatment Plans as required
• Attend weekly rounds meetings
• Participate in weekly supervision

Requirements:

• Have a valid NJ license (LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW)
• Have a master's degree in a clinical discipline
• At least 1 year of experience providing mental health services to youth and adults respectively
• Experience and willingness to work with all age ranges (8 yrs old to adult)
• Experience running groups
• IOP/PHP level of care experience, preferred
• DBT training, preferred
• Must be a team player
• Must be detail oriented
• Excellent documentation skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs, Zoom, and Docusign, preferred

$62,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
