Our modern facility features 8 spacious therapist offices with large natural windows, a dedicated group therapy room, a comfortable waiting area, and a full staff kitchen. We take care of marketing and billing so you can focus entirely on client care. With a consistent high volume of client inquiries—especially during back-to-school season—you have full autonomy to build a caseload as full as you desire.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Assessments & Treatment Planning:

Conduct comprehensive intake assessments utilizing ICD-10 diagnostic standards to establish individualized, client-centered treatment plans.

Direct Therapy:

Deliver evidence-based individual, family, or group therapy tailored to children, adolescents, and families.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration:

Partner effectively with client support systems, including parents, schools, pediatricians, and other healthcare providers, to ensure holistic care.

Documentation:

Maintain timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.

Requirements Licensure:

Must hold full, independent clinical licensure in New Jersey (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).

Please note:

Provisionally licensed candidates (LSW, LAC) cannot be accepted for this role.

Schedule Availability:

Flexible part-time hours, with availability during peak client demand times (after-school hours and/or weekends).

Preferred Certifications:

Experience or certification in family-focused modalites (Bowen, Gottman, Family Systems) or specialized approaches (Play Therapy, Art Therapy, CBT, DBT) is highly desirable.
