Daytime Hours Salary:
$70,000-$80,000 Peace Valley Recovery is seeking a compassionate, motivated Licensed Therapist to join our daytime Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a collaborative, recovery-focused environment and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals working through substance use and co-occurring disorders. About the Role As a Licensed Therapist on our IOP team, you will provide individual and group therapy to clients in a structured daytime outpatient setting, working closely with our multidisciplinary clinical team to support each client's recovery journey.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, daytime hours
Caseload:
Up to 10 clients
Groups:
4-5 groups per week Responsibilities Provide individual therapy sessions to an assigned caseload of up to 10 clients Facilitate 4-5 therapeutic groups per week within the IOP curriculum Complete timely clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (case managers, medical staff, and program leadership) on client care Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical supervision Maintain compliance with
HIPAA, 42 CFR
Part 2, and all applicable state licensing regulations Qualifications Active New Jersey clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) required Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Experience with substance use disorder and/or co-occurring mental health treatment preferred Strong group facilitation and individual counseling skills Excellent documentation and time-management skills Passion for working within a supportive, mission-driven recovery environment What We Offer Competitive salary: $70,000-$80,000 Consistent Monday-Friday daytime schedule — no nights or weekends Manageable caseload designed to support quality client care Collaborative clinical team and ongoing supervision Health insurance, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) Paid time off and paid holidays Short-term and long-term disability (STD/LTD)
