We're expanding, and we're looking for a passionate, independently licensed Clinician II to join our growing team in Albuquerque, NM. What You'll Do You'll deliver therapeutic interventions to clients with behavioral health diagnoses, including behavioral health and addiction-related disorders, across a variety of settings: in-office, in the field, via telehealth, and virtually, based on organizational need. As a core part of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you'll provide individualized care that includes: Providing individual and group counseling services Assessing, diagnosing, and developing personalized treatment plans Monitoring client progress and adjusting care as needed Collaborating with team members across disciplines to coordinate seamless services Educating clients and their families about addiction and behavioral health Participating actively in treatment team meetings and ongoing training Maintaining accurate, timely documentation in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements What We're Looking For Master's degree in counseling, social work, clinical psychology, or a closely related field Current, independent New Mexico licensure in good standing (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LPAT, or PhD) 3-5 years of experience in behavioral health, substance use, or a related field (preferred) Experience working with individuals living with mental illness, substance use disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities Solid working knowledge of substance use and psychiatric conditions, treatments, and best practices Comfort with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system Valid New Mexico driver's license Ability to become credentialed with payor sources Why CRP?
