Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW, LPC, or LMHC) We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW, LPC, or LMHC) to join our growing behavioral health organization in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is a contract position with a consistent Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM schedule. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality behavioral health services in a supportive and client-centered environment.

Pay:

$44.00-$56.00 per hour

Provide behavioral health assessments and clinical services to clients Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs Provide individual and/or group counseling as appropriate Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed Collaborate with other members of the care team to coordinate services Maintain appropriate professional and ethical boundaries Follow all applicable state, federal, and organizational requirements Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements

Qualifications:

Current New Mexico licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMHC, as applicable to the services performed Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Experience providing behavioral health or mental health services preferred Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Reliable and able to maintain the Monday-Friday schedule We are looking for a clinician who wants to become part of a growing organization and make a meaningful impact in the lives of the individuals we serve.
