•Responsibilities Provide individual and group therapy sessions to help employees manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. Develop and implement behavioral health programs tailored to the needs of our employees in the finance industry. Collaborate with HR and management teams to create a supportive, mentally healthy work environment. Conduct regular assessments to identify employees who may be struggling and provide appropriate support. Educate employees and management about mental health, stress management, and self-care. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in behavioral health to ensure our programs are evidence-based and effective. Ensure all programs and interventions are compliant with relevant laws and ethical guidelines. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all professional standards. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Current state license to practice as a Behavioral Health Clinician. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, preferably in a role related to behavioral health. Experience working with individuals in high-stress environments, preferably in the finance industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of the unique mental health challenges faced by finance professionals. Ability to develop and implement effective, evidence-based interventions. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high caseload effectively. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. Passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the workplace.
