Overview After Hours Pediatrics is a local provider-owned medical group that provides Pediatric primary care services with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork. AHP is planning on implementing Behavioral Health Integration to provide comprehensive, collaborative care for our patients. We are seeking a fully-licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our growing team. An ideal candidate will have : Passion for providing therapeutic services for children and adolescents Commitment to aid in building an integrated behavioral health program with collaborative model of care. A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork Strong written and oral communication skills A self-initiating and proactive work style with great follow through.. Key Responsibilities Complete comprehensive mental health assessments, and develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide individual and family therapy using a variety of modalities. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and resources. Offer telehealth services as needed to increase client access and flexibility. Participate in case management and referral support for community services. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities Collaborate with leadership and clinical team to ensure quality of care and continuity of services Requirements Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Active and valid NM independent licensure (LPCC, LCSW.). Current supervisory certification or plans to obtain it. Experience in individual and group therapy, as well as crisis management. Interest or training in Play Therapy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality. Comfortable using electronic health records and telehealth platforms. Preferred 5+ years' experience

Bilingual Pay:

$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
