Position Overview We are expanding our team and seeking licensed clinicians to provide therapeutic interventions for individuals with behavioral health conditions, including mental health and substance use disorders. This role involves working in an office-based setting to support clients in achieving stability, resilience, and long-term wellness. Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based safety plans under supervision.
- Offer crisis stabilization, de-escalation, case management, and care coordination for both in-office clients and community members.
- Address social determinants of health by connecting clients with essential resources.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and other regulatory standards to maintain high-quality care. Qualifications
- Current licensure in good standing in the state of New Mexico (LMSW, LMHC, LADAC, LSAA, LPCC).

- Must have the ability to commute to Albuquerque, NM (87110) or be willing to relocate before starting.
