Position Overview Paths Forward is seeking compassionate, motivated, and dedicated fully licensed clinicians and clinical interns to join our growing team.

We are currently hiring:

Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) Clinical Interns working toward licensure under approved supervision Our clinicians provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families through both in-person and telehealth sessions. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Support families in achieving treatment goals while promoting safety, stability, and overall well-being. Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice. Qualifications Current Nevada licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, or active enrollment as a clinical intern working toward independent licensure. Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred. Strong communication and clinical documentation skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating within a supportive team environment. Passion for serving children and strengthening families.

What We Offer Salary:
