The ability to work with challenging patients and families within the community. Ability to make quick assessments, manage emergencies as they arise, provide training and counseling as needed to patients, families and community agencies. Ability to manage stress and impact of vicarious trauma. Good working knowledge of resources within the community a plus. Minimum work experience, two-three years clinical experience. Mobile Crisis team requiring work in the community at various types of locations.
