Full-time Position:
Outpatient Counselor Position Summary St. Christopher's Inn, a ministry of the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Outpatient Counselor to provide substance use disorder (SUD) treatment services. This role supports individuals in their recovery journey through evidence-based counseling, care coordination, and individualized treatment planning. The ideal candidate is adaptable, client-centered, and comfortable delivering services across multiple modalities. Qualifications CASAC, or higher required; QHP (LMSW, LMHC, LCSW) preferred Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred Minimum 4 years of experience in substance use disorder treatment, preferably in an outpatient setting Experience with both in-person and telehealth service delivery preferred Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family counseling in both in-person and telehealth settings Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans Conduct assessments and ongoing progress reviews Assess and document the appropriateness of telehealth versus in-person services based on client needs, safety, and level of care Deliver crisis intervention and support as needed Coordinate care with internal teams and external partners when appropriate Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training What We're Looking For Strong interpersonal and engagement skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Comfort with technology and electronic health records Commitment to ethical, client-centered care Schedule & Work Environment Full-time position in-person
Pay:
Up to $65,000.00 per year
