Key Responsibilities Provide individual counseling and therapeutic services to clients in an outpatient setting. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and required reports. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as needed. Uphold ethical and professional standards in accordance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies. Collaborate with colleagues, healthcare providers, schools, and referral sources to coordinate client care. Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities. Preferred Qualifications Candidates should possess one of the following credentials: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Licensed Mental Health Counselor Permit Holder (LMHC-P) Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Additional qualifications include: Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Experience providing outpatient mental health counseling. Ability to maintain accurate, organized, and timely documentation. Experience working with diverse populations and a broad range of mental health concerns. Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care.
