- Utica Area, NY | 1 Hour from Syracuse Opportunity Highlights
- Full-time Monday-Friday position
- No nights or weekends
- Flexible round-and-go model with remote documentation
- Provide psychotherapy to older adults in SNF, LTC, ALF, and rehabilitation settings
- Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorders, grief, and life transitions
- Clinical autonomy with strong administrative and interdisciplinary support Compensation & Benefits
- $70K
- 95K+ estimated annual compensation
- Base salary plus uncapped productivity
- W-2 position with medical, dental, and vision benefits
PTO, 401
(k), malpractice coverage, and onboarding support Qualifications- Active New York LMHC or LMFT license
- LCSW not considered
- Eligible for independent practice and billing
- Experience required
