Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit mental health and substance use services provider is seeking a School Based Therapist to join our team to provide behavioral health care within school settings in Logan and Champaign counties. Candidates must have excellent skills in diagnostic assessments and counseling.

Job Duties of Counselor/Therapist LPC, LSW, or Higher:

Diagnostic assessments Counseling/psychotherapy for individuals and/or groups Referral/linkage with other services Documentation for provided services Work closely with school staff for referrals, treatment planning, progress monitoring, caseload oversight and updates for delivery of school-based services. Qualifications of Counselor/Therapist LPC, LSW, or Higher:

Master's degree and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) required Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) Experience working with mental health and substance use disorder preferred Have or willing to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers and a CAQH account Our Company Culture and Benefits Set Us Apart!
