Front St. Burbank, OH About Evergreen Counseling Evergreen Counseling is a growing private practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We are committed to creating a supportive environment for both clients and clinicians, with an emphasis on collaboration, flexibility, and professional growth. We are expanding our team and welcome clinicians at various stages of their careers—from students completing internships to independently licensed therapists and clinical supervisors. Positions Available We are currently seeking:

Master's-level interns Whether you're just beginning your clinical journey or are an experienced clinician looking for a flexible practice, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Depending on licensure level, responsibilities may include: Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner Develop treatment plans and maintain ethical standards of care Collaborate with other clinicians and referral sources Participate in supervision or provide supervision (if qualified) Build and maintain a caseload with administrative support from the practice Areas of Interest While not required, we welcome clinicians interested in: Anxiety Depression Trauma ADHD Autism Couples counseling Parenting Children and adolescents Neurodiversity-affirming care What We Offer Flexible schedule Hybrid opportunities (office and telehealth) Furnished office space HIPAA-compliant EHR HIPAA-compliant phone number HIPAA-compliant email Billing and insurance support Administrative support Marketing and referral assistance Collaborative team environment Opportunities for consultation and professional growth Competitive compensation based on licensure and experience Qualifications Applicants should have or be working toward one of the following: Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field (for internship opportunities) Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Appropriate Ohio licensure or eligibility (LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC, MFT, etc.) Interns must be enrolled in an accredited program and eligible for practicum or internship placement Strong communication skills Compassionate, ethical, and client-centered approach Compensation Compensation is based on licensure level, experience, and employment arrangement.
