TEAM LLC
is seeking compassionate, skilled Ohio-licensed therapists to provide person-centered behavioral-health treatment to children, adolescents, adults and families. The therapist will complete assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-informed psychotherapy and coordinate care as part of a collaborative clinical team. Applicants may hold an LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC, LISW-S or LPCC-S license in active, good standing. Key Responsibilities- Provide individual, family and group psychotherapy within the scope of the clinician's Ohio license, competence and assigned program.
- Complete diagnostic assessments, psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, reviews, discharge summaries and other required clinical documentation.
- Use evidence-informed, trauma-responsive and culturally respectful interventions tailored to each client's needs, strengths and goals.
- Evaluate risk, develop safety plans and respond appropriately to urgent behavioral-health concerns in accordance with training and agency procedures.
- Monitor clinical progress and modify interventions and treatment recommendations when indicated.
- Coordinate care with clients, families, guardians, prescribers, schools, hospitals, community providers and other authorized supports.
- Maintain accurate, objective and timely electronic health record documentation and meet payer, productivity and authorization requirements.
- Protect confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, professional ethics, Ohio requirements, Medicaid standards, CARF expectations and agency policies.
- Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, team meetings, training, quality improvement and performance-review activities.
- Maintain professional boundaries and immediately report safety, abuse, neglect, ethical or compliance concerns through required channels.
- LISW-S and LPCC-S clinicians may provide discipline-appropriate training supervision, documentation review and clinical leadership when assigned. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, counseling or a closely related clinical behavioral-health field from an appropriately accredited institution.
- Active Ohio license in good standing as an LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC, LISW-S or LPCC-S.
- LSW and LPC applicants must be eligible to practice assigned clinical services under appropriate supervision and agree to all required disclosures and supervision arrangements.
- Knowledge of behavioral-health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, clinical documentation, ethics and crisis response.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and written communication skills, including timely and professional clinical records.
- Ability to serve diverse clients and collaborate effectively with families, colleagues and community partners.
- Successful completion of required background checks, exclusions screening and other pre-employment requirements.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and automobile insurance when travel is required. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in community mental health, outpatient therapy, child and family services or school-based behavioral health.
- Training in CBT, DBT-informed skills, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused care, family systems or other evidence-informed approaches.
- Experience with Medicaid documentation, electronic health records and interdisciplinary treatment teams.
- For supervisory applicants: active LISW-S or LPCC-S designation and demonstrated experience developing clinicians and monitoring clinical quality.
