The Therapist will provide structured, goal-oriented, time-limited therapy in home and community settings , helping families address mental health concerns, substance use, trauma, abuse, neglect, and other challenges. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans and measurable goals, providing crisis intervention and FCT interventions, monitoring family progress, coordinating with child and family teams, connecting families with community resources, and completing timely clinical documentation. The position maintains a small caseload, with a minimum of two multi-hour face-to-face sessions per family each week. Because services are family-centered and community-based, the therapist must be flexible to work evenings and weekends and travel throughout the Cincinnati area. Key Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field Active LPC licensure Experience working with children and families Strong clinical, assessment, crisis intervention, and documentation skills Ability to work with complex family systems and culturally diverse populations Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and time-management skills Ability to work flexible hours and travel within the community The selected therapist will complete FCT training and field certification within the required timeframe and participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
