Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-time Mental Health Counselor to join our behavioral health team. In this role, you will provide clinical support to individuals facing mental health challenges, including those related to trauma and addiction. Duties Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological well-being and identify treatment needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations, incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to each client. Provide trauma-focused therapy and addiction counseling to support clients through recovery and healing processes. Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with privacy standards. Deliver behavioral health interventions that align with best practices and current clinical guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and monitor client progress effectively. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in mental health treatment modalities. Requirements Valid licensure as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) or LSW (Licensed Social Worker). Proven experience in behavioral health, including mental health assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based practices. Strong skills in trauma-focused therapy and addiction counseling. Proficiency in clinical documentation within EMR/EHR systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care. Pay:
