Grow Your Career with Supervision Opportunities What You'll Do As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will: Complete psychiatric diagnostic evaluations using DSM-5 and ICD-10 criteria. Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and determine appropriate treatment recommendations. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients. Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based counseling techniques. Deliver Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS), Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST), and crisis psychotherapy when clinically appropriate. Assist with intake documentation, including assessments, releases of information, and treatment consents. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic health records. Monitor client progress and regularly review and update treatment plans. Coordinate referrals and communicate treatment recommendations with appropriate providers and staff. Provide mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment to adults, adolescents, and children (where applicable). Provide coverage for behavioral health services based on clinical expertise and organizational needs. Maintain confidentiality while adhering to all applicable regulations, agency policies, and ethical standards.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree Current Ohio LSW or LPC license in good standing
Preferred:
