Counselors will provide direct clinical services in an residential setting. CommQuest Services, Inc. is in partnership with Great Minds Fellowship! CommQuest Services is one of the largest non-profit mental health, addiction recovery, and social services organizations in Northeast Ohio, working with clients from more than 34 counties in 12 facilities through more than 20 programs. We help people make positive changes in their lives through in-patient, outpatient and school-based programs, along with supportive services - from basic needs to employment assistance. Coordinate care with internal and external systems and service providers. Orient new clients to the agency's treatment philosophy. Provide crisis interventions , as needed. Provide assessments , as needed. Perform clinical record keeping . Provide client and family education . All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required Minimum
CDCA/LCDC
is required, LPC or LSW or above licensure is preferred. Previous experience with EHR systems and/or NextGen is preferred Previous experience providing both mental health and AOD services highly desired Previous experience providing trauma informed and evidence-based counseling is highly desired Must be willing to work with adolescents and adults, providing individual and group counseling Must be fluent in written and spoken

Additional Workshops/Trainings:
Up to 16 hours of paid work release annually for workshops, with $200 in funds for CEUs (24 hours and $250 for employees maintaining two licenses). Licensure fee coverage up to $320 annually for one license. Access to free CEU credits Flexible work scheduling
