Position Summary:

As a member of our Behavioral Health team, you'll provide comprehensive outpatient counseling services while partnering with medical providers and community resources to improve the overall health and well-being of our patients.

Your day may include:

Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments Diagnosing and treating mental and emotional health conditions Providing individual counseling and psychotherapy Developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans Tracking client progress and adjusting care as needed Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation Managing an assigned caseload Collaborating with medical providers and fellow behavioral health professionals Connecting patients with community resources and specialty services when appropriate We welcome applicants who hold one of the following Ohio licenses or are actively working toward advanced licensure: Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
