Job Description

Chrysalis Counseling Center is a private practice in New Philadelphia, Ohio seeking to grow our clinical team. We are currently seeking both part-time and full-time employees. We offer clinical supervision for clinicians who are working toward their independent license. Whether you are still a Counselor in Training, a newly licensed LPC or a seasoned clinician (LPCC), we want to offer you the opportunity to join our team. We currently have a team of eleven clinicians and four support staff. We have been in business over 30 years and are continuing to grow. Our mission is to offer our clients a safe, comfortable space where they can make the changes they want to promote healing and growth. As a member of our team you can expect the following:​

  • Average full-time compensation between $60K and $75K
  • The Practice will build a full caseload for you usually within 30-45 days As a clinician at Chrysalis, you will receive a variety of support that includes team consultations and collaboration time together, an administrative team that takes care of the administrative responsibilities so you can focus on putting your energy to clinical care.
