Summary We are seeking a Mental Health Counselor to join our team at Bethesda Services LLC. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the mental health needs of our clients, assisting with their treatment plans, and promoting their overall well-being. Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients. Monitor and document patients' progress and behavior during sessions. Provide support during group therapy sessions and individual counseling. Engage with clients to promote coping strategies and emotional regulation. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for all clients. Requirements Experience in patient care or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of clinical counseling techniques and cognitive behavioral therapy is essential. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Familiarity with medical terminology related to mental health is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
