Job Description

Overview Safe Harbor Recovery is hiring an Outpatient Provider holding a license at the LCDC II level or higher! In this vital role, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based addiction counseling services to diverse client populations. Your expertise will empower individuals on their journey to recovery and wellness through comprehensive assessments, personalized treatment plans, and engaging therapy sessions. Location Safe Harbor Recovery - Outpatient Building 2430 Parkman Rd NW, Warren, OH 44485 Hours Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm Pay $23.00 to $25.00/hr. or based on experience and license Benefits Medical Insurance Vision Dental PTO Sick Time Licensure LCDC II or higher Duties Provide for screening assessment, treatment plan, treatment plan updates, discharge summaries of agency SUD clients. Provide group and individual therapy Entering clinical data into the Electronic Health Record in an accurate and timely manner, using professional standards. Participate in agency staff and treatment team meetings Provide outreach and case management to primary clients Ensure client safety through maintaining confidentiality, verbal de-escalation techniques, and knowledge of policies and procedures regarding emergencies, performing security and safety checks and reports all client issues to other clinical staff and the clinical director. Participates in QIA and performance improvement duties Abide by all agency established policies and procedures and code of ethics Perform other assigned duties as necessary to accomplish agency mission, vision, goals, and objectives- under the direction of the Clinical Director Requirements Valid licensure at the LCDC II level or higher (Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor II or equivalent) Proven experience working with individuals with substance use disorders Familiarity with clinical documentation standards Experience working within electronic health records (EHR/EHR) systems while maintaining patient confidentiality under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 guidelines Excellent communication skills for client engagement, case management, and interdisciplinary collaboration Must be able to form good working and therapeutic relationships Must be organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to maintain confidentiality Must possess group/teamwork skills, being punctual with work assignments Must have competent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Good working knowledge of computers with familiarity of Microsoft Office Final applicant is required to complete BCI background check Final applicant is required to submit a new hire pre-employment drug screen
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
