Regional Director of Behavioral Health Services Pay:
$80,000 to $90,000 per year Job type: Full time
Location:
New Jersey and Pennsylvania Healthcare Recruiters International is seeking a Regional Director of Behavioral Health Services for a growing behavioral health organization serving New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This position oversees outpatient and intensive outpatient mental health and substance use programs, including clinical services, operations, compliance, staffing, and program development. Responsibilities Oversee clinical and administrative teams across multiple programs Ensure compliance with licensing, Medicaid, Medicare, and accreditation requirements Monitor documentation, authorizations, utilization, census, and program performance Provide clinical supervision and evaluate staff performance Develop policies, procedures, workflows, and clinical programming Coordinate with billing and executive leadership Maintain a small caseload of fewer than five clients when needed Required Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Active New Jersey LCADC license Active LPC or LCSW license At least three years of behavioral health supervisory experience Substance use treatment experience Experience overseeing Medicare and Medicaid services Ability to travel between New Jersey and Pennsylvania locations Benefits Medical and dental insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield Vision insurance Life insurance Short term disability insurance Accident insurance Retirement savings program Professional development and leadership training Reimbursement for work related travel

$75,399.07 - $90,803.18 per year
