Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Clinicians to join our team in Jenkintown and Plymouth Meeting. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through effective crisis management, behavior management, and group therapy. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Provide therapy sessions, with an emphasis on group therapy, focusing on behavioral interventions and support strategies. Implement crisis management techniques to ensure the safety and well-being of clients during challenging situations. Utilize behavior management strategies to promote positive outcomes for clients. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in the field. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Valid licensure as a Clinician or equivalent certification. Experience in group IOP settings. Experience working with adolescents and young adults with SUD/MH. Strong skills in therapy techniques, patient assessment, crisis management, and behavior management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. A compassionate approach towards clients and their families, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions. Desire to market and brand yourself within your local community. $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Are you comfortable with a fee-for-service payscale? (40% of current employees are making $110k/yr+ with less than 35 hours worked in a week)
