Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Master's Level Licensed or Pre-Licensed Counselor to join our dynamic mental health team. Counselor creates and maintains individual schedule, determines session rate, and maintains percentage of session. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including diagnostic evaluation using ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems, to determine client needs and treatment pathways Provide individual, group, child & family counseling, and youth therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and/or other modalities based on client need. Implement crisis intervention techniques to manage urgent situations effectively and ensure client safety through crisis management protocols Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards and medical records requirements while maintaining HIPAA compliance Facilitate telehealth therapy sessions using secure EMR/EHR systems, ensuring seamless patient communication and documentation Engage in case management activities including patient assessment, progress monitoring, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams for clients with co-occurring disorders or complex needs Maintain accurate medical terminology records and ensure compliance with clinical ethical guidelines during all patient interactions Experience Master's degree in Counseling, licensure or pre-licensure status required Prior experience working with children and youth populations in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred Demonstrated expertise in psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, behavioral therapy, or grief counseling Hands-on experience with crisis intervention and crisis management techniques in clinical environments Proven ability to work effectively via telehealth platforms ensuring HIPAA compliance and secure patient communication Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) highly desirable Knowledge of clinical research practices and data collection methods related to mental health outcomes is a plus Join us to make a difference by providing compassionate care rooted in evidence-based practice.
