W-2 Position | In-Person with Hybrid Flexibility Stillroot Therapy Group is a growing private psychotherapy practice in Redding, California, seeking an Associate or independently Licensed Therapist to join our practice. We are building a small, clinically strong group practice centered around relationship, attachment, nervous-system regulation, trauma-informed care, and developmentally responsive treatment . We are especially interested in clinicians who want to continue developing their clinical skills while having meaningful autonomy in their work. This is a good fit for a therapist who wants the benefits of private practice without having to build a practice entirely on their own. The Position The clinician will provide outpatient psychotherapy to clients in our Redding office, with some telehealth flexibility as clinically appropriate. The position can begin part-time and grow based on clinician availability, referral demand, and mutual fit. We have particular demand for clinicians comfortable working with children, adolescents, families, and/or adults with trauma and relational concerns . Some late-afternoon or early-evening availability is strongly preferred.
