About the Role We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide Behavioral Health Intervention Services (BHIS) to children, adolescents, and families in the Des Moines, IA area. In this rewarding role, you'll work one-on-one with clients to teach essential life skills that empower them to manage mental health symptoms and navigate life's challenges more effectively. You'll work independently in the community and meet clients in their homes or other settings, primarily in the afternoons and evenings. You'll also enjoy the flexibility to set your own schedule and complete documentation from home or at our office— no mandatory office hours except for weekly supervision and one monthly staff meeting . What You'll Do Deliver skill-based mental health services to clients and families Develop and update individualized implementation plans Maintain accurate case notes and documentation Attend client-related meetings, including court hearings when necessary Build meaningful, supportive relationships that help clients grow
Work Schedule & Compensation Build-to-Full-Time :
Start with part-time hours and grow to full-time within 90 days Evening & weekend availability
Part-Time Pay :
$34.62/hour for direct client hours
Full-Time Salary :
$45,000/year once you reach a caseload of 23+ direct hours/week
Bonus Pay :
Bill more than 23 hours/week? You earn additional hourly pay for every extra hour billed—on top of your salary!
Indirect Pay :
