You might be a great fit if you: Really enjoy working with kids and teens Have experience with this population or a strong desire to develop your expertise Value excellent clinical care and continued learning Want autonomy without practicing in isolation Bring ideas, curiosity, and personality to your work Because kids are in school during business hours, y ou'll need availability for at least two evenings per week or weekend hours. Beyond that, you build the schedule that works for you. What It's Like Here We're serious about excellent clinical care. We just don't think we have to be serious all the time. You'll find therapists consulting on tough cases, celebrating client wins, and occasionally debating how many miniatures a sand tray actually needs.
