Cleaver Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and growing professionally. You'll work with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs, explain coverage options, and help them make informed decisions. This is a full-time, in-office position with a $50,000 to $70,000 annual base salary plus commission. We provide agency-generated leads, modern sales technology, hands-on training, and ongoing coaching to help you build a successful insurance career. Insurance experience is valuable, but we're also interested in strong sales and customer-service professionals who are willing to learn the insurance business and obtain the required Texas insurance licensing.

Salary Range:

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Agency-Provided Leads Ongoing Coaching Continuing Education Hands on Training Requirements Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer-service skills. Sales or customer-service experience preferred. Active Texas Property & Casualty insurance license preferred, but not required to apply. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing and able to obtain the required Texas Property & Casualty insurance license. Willingness to obtain a Texas Life insurance license if not currently licensed. Comfortable using technology and learning CRM, quoting, and agency systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-up activities. Self-motivated and comfortable working toward measurable sales goals. High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism. Ability to work full-time in our Bartonville, Texas office. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Respond to agency-generated leads and identify new sales opportunities. Conduct insurance reviews to understand each client's needs and explain appropriate coverage options. Prepare and present quotes for personal and commercial insurance products. Follow up with prospects, referrals, and existing clients in a timely and professional manner. Identify opportunities to help clients with Home, Auto, Life, Business, and other insurance needs. Maintain accurate client records and sales activity using the agency's CRM and technology platforms. Track personal sales activity, results, and progress toward individual and agency goals. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development. Contribute to a professional, accountable, and collaborative team environment.
