Full-Time Child & Adolescent Therapist Diamond State Counseling is looking for a Full-Time Child & Adolescent Therapist to join our growing clinical team! We are specifically looking for a therapist who enjoys working with children and adolescents and is comfortable engaging both young clients and their families in the treatment process. What You'll Do Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents Work collaboratively with parents/caregivers when clinically appropriate Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation Maintain a consistent full-time caseload Collaborate with our therapy, psychiatry, and administrative teams to support continuity of care Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings as required What We're Looking For Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field Delaware license or license-eligible Experience working with children and adolescents strongly preferred Comfortable working with a variety of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral concerns, adjustment issues, family changes, and school-related stressors Reliable, organized, and able to manage documentation and caseload expectations independently Someone who is warm, engaging, and able to build rapport with kids and teens Position & Compensation This is a full-time, fee-for-service (FFS) employee position , meaning compensation is based on held clinical appointments rather than a traditional hourly schedule. Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain 32 available clinical hours per week for patient scheduling. Diamond State Counseling provides an established referral stream and administrative support to assist clinicians in building and maintaining a full caseload.
