Spectrum of Solutions Therapy Services is a well established private group practice providing outpatient counseling and related services to adults, children and families in Philadelphia and surrounding counties. We also provide Teletherapy in PA and NJ. Though we help clients with a wide range of emotional, behavioral and developmental concerns, our main specialty is providing counseling services to autistic and AuDHD individuals of all ages and their families. We are a Neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ affirming practice. We are currently looking for motivated

PA LICENSED

mental health professionals passionate about working with children and adolescents as well as neurodivergent adults. Ideal candidate will have experience and willingness to work with children and adolescents with sensory and emotional regulation differences as well as social-emotional and other developmental differences. Candidates with limited experience with Autism and neurodiversity, wishing to develop competency in this area are encouraged to apply. Spectrum of Solutions' Fee for Service part-time clinician is responsible for seeing a minimum of 15 clients a week and for completing treatment plans and progress notes in a timely and professional manner. Our onboarding process allows plenty of time to transition into this position by gradually increasing hours each week with an option to transition to full time (25+ clients per week) with additional benefits. Both part-time and full-time are W2 employee positions.

compliant phone/text line Clinicians seeing 25+ clients per week are considered to be Full-Time and receive additional benefits: up to 3 weeks of PTO each year and health insurance premium reimbursement. We currently provide services via Telehealth as well as in person. This position can be partially remote with majority of sessions provided in person. Candidates must reside within 20 miles from the office location.

Requirements:

LPC, LAPC, LCSW, LSW or LMFT in the state of PA. Criminal record check, child abuse clearance and FBI background check. 1+ years of post-Master's mental health field experience with children ages 5-12 or 13-17. Availability to see at least 15 clients per week during after school hours (3pm-7pm) or on weekends. At least 10 of these hours must be in person. Great communication skills and motivation for personal and professional growth. Preference given to candidates with personal and/or professional experience and training in Autism, ADHD or are experienced in DBT, ERP or ACT.
