Position Overview We are seeking compassionate, ethical, and self-aware clinicians to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to build a caseload aligned with your strengths while receiving consistent administrative and clinical support. We welcome clinicians who work with individuals, couples, families, and/or adolescents and who approach therapy with curiosity, cultural humility, and clinical integrity. Key Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy services (individual, couples, family, and/or group) using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, MI, EMDR, TF-CBT, etc.) Maintain timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EHR system Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care Provide services in-person, via telehealth, or in a hybrid format Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed Preferred Areas of Experience Trauma and attachment-based work Anxiety and depression Grief and loss Relationship concerns Life transitions Adolescent and family systems work Qualifications Licensed in Michigan as one of the following: LMSW, LPC, LCSW, and LMFT Commitment to ethical standards (NASW, ACA, or AAMFT) Strong clinical judgment and crisis management skills Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation Experience working with diverse populations using cultural responsiveness What We Offer Flexible Scheduling Build your own caseload Evening and weekend hours optional Hybrid Work Options Provide in-person, virtual, or blended care Client Referrals Thoughtful client-clinician matching based on specialty and fit Administrative Support Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and insurance verification handled for you Clinical Support Opportunities for fully licensed clinicians to provide supervision Professional Development Ongoing collaboration, consultation, and growth opportunities Compensation Contract position with a fee-based split Compensation based on license level and experience

$40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
