Dialectical Behavior Therapy is a HIGHLY sought after treatment and needed more than ever in our community. We have dedicated all our resources in maintaining a high quality, specialized DBT practice to meet this need. We now need your help to offer this life saving treatment to a growing number of people who need it! This is a W-2 position (a 1099 option is also available) and requires the ability to manage the equivalent of a part time or full time DBT case load (average seeing a minimum of 10 clients per week, with a maximum of 22). The primary job functions of this position include providing comprehensive DBT (individual therapy, skills group, phone coaching, and being on a DBT consultation team). It also includes other opportunities, such as additional clinical training, attending practice sponsored events, etc. Qualifications Master's degree in the social sciences from an accredited institution. Supervision available towards independent licensure Previous training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy or commitment to receive extensive training upon hire . Access to a personal computer and computer competency: ability to use a computer for purposes of documentation of services, billing, access to program forms and policies, and video conferencing when needed. Professional licenses (provisional or independent) in good standing in DE and PA. Two referrals upon request.
