Teletherapy options expand our reach, allowing you to connect with clients who may face accessibility challenges. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify and understand clients' mental health concerns and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver high-quality individual therapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customized to meet clients' specific needs. Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, adapting strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes. Provide teletherapy services, facilitating access for clients unable to attend in-person sessions while effectively managing those sessions using appropriate technology. Maintain precise, timely documentation that meets ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, ensuring transparency and accuracy in record-keeping. Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to remain current with best practices in mental health care. Patient Population / Client Focus Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will be working with a variety of age groups and backgrounds, necessitating a personalized approach to therapy to address each individual's unique experiences and circumstances. Qualifications A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is essential. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster a trustworthy and safe therapeutic relationship with clients. A compassionate, empathetic disposition with a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' struggles and an ability to create a safe space for discussion. Proficient organizational and time-management skills to maintain a manageable caseload while fulfilling administrative responsibilities. Preferred Experience Previous experience in outpatient or private practice settings is preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology is beneficial. Experience with various therapeutic modalities and the capability to offer a holistic approach to mental health care. Compensation and Benefits Competitive yearly compensation ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, based on your professional experience and caseload.
