Engaging with this diverse patient population requires culturally sensitive approaches and adaptive strategies to cater to the distinct experiences of each client. Qualifications A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited university. A valid and active mental health license in California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT). At least two (2) years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating expertise in facilitating therapy sessions. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships and establish rapport with a diverse client base.
