Job Description

At Heart for Change Counseling Services, we believe healing happens through authentic relationships, compassionate care, and a collaborative team environment. We are seeking a full-time outpatient therapist who is passionate about helping clients create meaningful change while contributing to a supportive and innovative clinical team. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with a diverse client population while developing a specialty area of expertise. What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families based on your experience and interests.
  • Maintain a consistent clinical caseload.
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with fellow clinicians regarding treatment planning and client care.
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultation, and ongoing professional development.
  • Develop and grow a specialty area that aligns with your passion and the needs of our community.
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with your licensing board. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related mental health field.
  • Active Pennsylvania licensure (or license-eligible) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of psychotherapy experience.
  • Comfortable working with a variety of clinical presentations.

Pay:
$34.00 - $42.00 per hour
