Description Position Overview Shadow To Light Therapy is in search of dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our growing team remotely. Work Environment This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while collaborating with a diverse team of professionals. You will utilize state-of-the-art telehealth technology to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring that client interactions are as effective and personal as possible. Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions that may include individual, couples, or family therapy, carefully tailored to the diverse needs of clients. Create a supportive and engaging atmosphere where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Collaborate effectively with clients to set and achieve specific personal goals using evidence-based techniques. Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans based on assessments, ensuring that each plan aligns with the client's unique circumstances and objectives. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapy sessions and treatment progress in compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and enhance therapeutic practices. Patient Population / Client Focus Our client population spans a wide range, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. We aim to serve diverse communities, providing culturally competent care that respects and values each client's unique background and experiences. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required. You must hold an active and unrestricted state license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, with a focus on providing compassionate and professional services in a virtual setting. Proficiency with online therapy platforms and telehealth technology is necessary to facilitate effective client interactions. Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic methods and treatment planning is critical to delivering high-quality care. Preferred Experience At least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling is preferred. Experience with specific populations, such as adolescents, families, or individuals with substance use disorders, is advantageous. Familiarity with current telehealth practices and remote supervision approaches can enhance the effectiveness of service delivery. Compensation and Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging between $100,000 and $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
