We are seeking a fully-licensed Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing practice. This would be a full-time position with a benefits package. Our practice provides a variety of services including therapy to individuals, couples, and families, as well as psychological evaluations, consultations to schools, parent training, group therapy & workshops. Our clientele includes both children and adults. Requirements:

Masters from an accredited college/university Fully Licensed Therapist (LMSW, LPC, LMFT) Experience in therapy and consultation Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based interventions and best practices Must be willing to work out of the main office located on Novi, as well as a second office located in the Birmingham area, with an anticipated opening in 2027

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical and consultation services in accordance with the policies and procedures of the American Psychological Association (APA) Provide clinical services such as the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness, treatment planning, individual and group counseling, crisis management services, and other clinical services typically considered within the scope of a therapist's practice Have at minimum of 29 slots available each week and complete a minimum of 25 billable hours per week Maintain a caseload of therapy clients Available for prime time shifts (i.e. weekdays after 2:30pm or weekend days) Ensure that services provided are in accordance with relevant ethical and professional standards of care Participate in case staffing or care management meetings involving clinical cases Complete and maintain electronic paperwork such as progress notes, client files, billing/insurance documentation, and intervention plans Maintain an electronic calendar of schedules and appointments Networking & marketing within the community Communicate and meet with the Clinical Director for supervision/oversight and case consultation Other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned as necessary

The office is a shared-suite and includes 14 treatment rooms, two waiting rooms, two conference rooms, a team room, and a kitchen. Networking and marketing opportunities exist within the building and the community We currently participate in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Priority Health, and Aetna The Founder is a Fully Licensed Psychologist with over 25 years of experience in school and clinical settings

Compensation:

Competitive fee hourly rates for billable services and other responsibilities as agreed upon in the Employer Agreement.
