You've built your clinical skills. We've built the infrastructure around them. Speak;Easy Mental Wellness is an established multidisciplinary outpatient practice in Grand Rapids, and we're looking for a small number of experienced, fully licensed clinicians interested in bringing an existing caseload into a group practice designed to let them focus on the work they actually want to do. We're currently seeking Michigan LMSWs and LPCs who want to maintain and grow a full caseload. An existing caseload of approximately 10 or more active clients is strongly preferred. This is not currently an entry-level or limited-license position. Our clinicians maintain significant autonomy over their schedules, caseloads and clinical work while Speak;Easy handles much of the infrastructure that comes with private practice. Compensation is percentage-based and tied to collected clinical revenue and individual caseload; the posted annual range is an estimate of potential earnings and is not a guaranteed salary. Speak;Easy provides psychotherapy, psychological services and psychiatry within a growing multidisciplinary practice. We're continuing to expand intentionally and are interested in clinicians who want a long-term professional home where they can do excellent work and build a strong practice.
