Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Associate Licensed Therapist (LAPC, LAMFT, LMSW) to join our growing group practice. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality, culturally responsive care to children, teens, adults, couples, and families in an outpatient setting. This role includes providing in-person and telehealth services to ensure accessible, consistent support for clients. 1099 independent contractor role Flexible schedule with in-person and telehealth options Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide clinical counseling services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques. Implement treatment strategies for various mental health conditions. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security. Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage client engagement and progress in therapy. Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately in accordance with organizational policies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for clients. Experience A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required. Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist or equivalent certification is preferred. Experience working in outpatient settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
