They are flexible, resilient and willing to help us grow the practice as a whole. They will be willing to panel with several insurance panels and be comfortable with private pay. They are looking for long-term home for their clinical practice and those interested in supervising, program development and deepening their clinical skills. We are looking for a full-time clinician that will do a minimum of 25 client hours/week. The Clinician will be responsible for providing clinical assessments, treatment planning, and therapy sessions to clients. The Clinician will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients, and will maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. Eligible for productivity based bonus after 18 client hours/week delivered monthly.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Licensed in California with good standing Experience conducting clinical assessments, formulating diagnoses, and developing treatment plans Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions. EMDR, ACT, DBT and Psychodynamic trained strongly encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting Knowledge of ethical and legal standards in clinical practice Experience working with diverse populations and cultural sensitivity Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
