Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (1099) - Flexible Schedule + Referrals Provided Mental Health Counseling of Nazareth Nazareth / Lehigh Valley, PA $65-$85 per session Part-time | 1099 Independent Contractor Job Description Mental Health Counseling of Nazareth is a growing private practice seeking a licensed associate counselor to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician looking for flexibility, steady referrals, and support in building a caseload without the burden of managing a practice. We handle billing, referrals, and administrative support—so you can focus on providing quality care to your clients. What We Offer $65-85 per session (depending on insurance reimbursement) Flexible schedule One hour of free supervision weekly Referrals provided to help build your caseload quickly Administrative and billing support Opportunity for growth within an expanding group practice Responsibilities Provide outpatient therapy (individual, couples, and/or family) Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Maintain a consistent schedule and caseload Requirements Active Licensed Associate Professional Counselor-Pennsylvania Malpractice/liability insurance (will provide support with this if needed) Type 1 NPI (will provide support with this if needed) Ability to work independently and reliably Preferred Evening or weekend availability Experience working with adolescents, adults, or couples Schedule Weekend in-person office hours (Saturday & Sunday) Monday 12:30pm-evening in person office hours available Friday 2:30pm-evening in person office hours available Tuesday-Friday (telehealth) Work Location In-person or hybrid (Nazareth / Lehigh Valley area) To Apply Please submit your resume and a cover letter including your availability and populations you enjoy working with.
