What You'll Do:

Provide individual therapy and implement behavioral interventions Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team with clinical expertise Facilitate weekly team meetings and evaluate service effectiveness Complete functional needs assessments to ensure outcomes align with beneficiary goals Offer clinical guidance to ensure impactful interventions

What We're Looking For:

A Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Clinician (LCSW/LCSWA, LCMHC/LCMHCA) 1+ years of experience working with adults in MH/SA populations Strong organizational and leadership skills A commitment to excellence and continuous learning
