Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our dynamic behavioral health team! Services provided will be Therapeutic Rehabilitation (TRP). In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive clinical services to adults with severe mental illness. Your expertise will help clients navigate mental health challenges, trauma, behavioral issues, and co-occurring disorders through evidence-based practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality patient-centered care through an outpatient setting. You will collaborate with leadership staff to develop individualized treatment plans and ensure adherence to clinical documentation standards and ethical guidelines. Duties Complete behavioral-health intake assessments and determine clinical/service needs. Develop initial individualized treatment/service plans with measurable goals and objectives.
