Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional to join our dynamic clinical team. This role is open to both fully licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCMHC, or equivalent) and those actively pursuing licensure who are seeking clinical supervision, mentorship, and hands‑on experience. In this vital position, you will provide comprehensive counseling services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, helping clients navigate mental health challenges, trauma, behavioral issues, and co‑occurring disorders through evidence‑based and innovative therapeutic techniques This opportunity is ideal for emerging clinicians building toward independent practice as well as experienced professionals looking to expand their clinical impact across specialized programs such as school‑based services, community‑based mental health, and sex‑offender treatment. You will join a supportive, collaborative environment that values professional growth and client‑centered care Duties Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards, to develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver individual, group, family, and child/youth therapy sessions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and behavior management strategies. Provide crisis intervention and crisis management to clients experiencing acute mental health episodes or emergencies, ensuring safety and stabilization. Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver remote therapy sessions while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans, case management efforts, and medical documentation aligned with clinical ethical guidelines. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR), including treatment planning, progress notes, medical records, and billing codes such as CPT coding. Engage in ongoing research and data collection to inform evidence-based practices and improve service delivery for individuals with co-occurring disorders or developmental disabilities. Requirements Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the respective state. Proven experience working with children, adolescents, individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, or geriatrics preferred. Strong knowledge of mental health assessments, diagnosis using ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10), treatment planning, and clinical documentation standards. Proficiency in delivering psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and gender issues counseling. Experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders or complex mental health needs in outpatient or inpatient settings is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for client engagement and collaboration with healthcare teams; experience with telehealth therapy platforms is a plus. Ability to manage crisis situations effectively while adhering to HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines.
