Job Description

Opal Springs Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a compassionate and motivated LSW or LPC to join our outpatient behavioral health team. This position is focused on providing behavioral health services to children and adolescents, with opportunities to work with families and caregivers as appropriate. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping young people navigate mental health, behavioral, emotional, and life challenges and who enjoys building strong therapeutic relationships. Responsibilities Provide individual and family counseling to children and adolescents. Complete behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans. Provide evidence-based, trauma-informed therapeutic interventions. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, and other providers when appropriate. Participate in treatment planning and coordination of care. Maintain professional and ethical standards of practice. Participate in clinical supervision as required. Qualifications Current Ohio LSW or LPC license in good standing. Experience working with children and/or adolescents strongly preferred. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to establish rapport with youth and families. Knowledge of trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral concerns, or other common childhood/adolescent mental health needs is preferred. Must be able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the clinical team. Pay:
$63,716.92 - $76,734.35 per year
