$65,000 - $75,000 a year

• 2603 Baker Street, Baltimore, MD 21227 Hope Springs Behavioral Health is hiring a Maryland Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor to support our growing behavioral health team. This role is ideal for a clinician who wants to continue developing professionally while working with adults in a collaborative, community-based behavioral health setting. What you will do
• Provide behavioral health support within the scope of your Maryland license and supervision requirements
• Participate in assessments and clinical reviews as appropriate
• Support development and review of individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Collaborate with licensed clinicians, rehabilitation staff, care coordinators, leadership, and external providers
• Identify behavioral health concerns, changes in functioning, and potential risks and ensure appropriate escalation
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in interdisciplinary case consultation, supervision, training, and quality improvement activities
• Comply with HIPAA, Maryland Medicaid requirements, COMAR, and applicable professional standards What you bring
• Active Maryland LGPC license in good standing
• Master's degree in counseling or another qualifying behavioral health discipline
• Experience working with adults with mental health conditions
• Strong communication, documentation, collaboration, and client engagement skills
• Experience in outpatient mental health, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs, community mental health, Medicaid-funded services, or similar settings preferred
• Ability to participate in and comply with required clinical supervision What we offer
