Job Description
Licensed Therapist/Counselor, Faith-Integrated Counseling Welcome The Harmony Group is a growing private practice near Grand Rapids, Michigan, committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals, couples, families, and children. We are seeking a master's-level licensed therapist to join our team. We offer a W-2 position with paid vacation, a retirement plan with employer matching, and a transparent compensation model that allows established full-time clinicians to earn up to 70% of collected revenue, plus an administrative stipend. We are especially interested in clinicians who have experience or a strong interest in one or more of the following: Faith-integrated (Christian) counseling for clients who request it Marriage and couples counseling Family therapy Child and adolescent therapy About the Role As a therapist at Harmony, you'll have the opportunity to build a caseload that aligns with your strengths and interests while serving a diverse client population. Many of our clients seek therapists who can thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into the counseling process, while others prefer a traditional clinical approach. We strive to match clients with clinicians who best fit their preferences, values, and goals. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related mental health field Current Michigan licensure (LPC, LLPC, LMSW, LLMSW, LMFT, or equivalent) Experience working with children, couples, or families is preferred Interest or experience in faith-integrated counseling is welcomed Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, client-centered care Compensation & Benefits We believe clinicians should be rewarded for the work they do while enjoying the stability and benefits of traditional employment. W-2 employee position (not an independent contractor) Transparent, performance-based compensation with a progressive pay model that rewards caseload growth. As your caseload increases, so does the percentage of collected revenue you earn, thus allowing established full-time clinicians to retain up to 70% of collected revenue, plus an administrative stipend.
